South East Voice: A Study in Cross-Platform Engagement
Project background
Leading community publication South East Voice identified a critical need to optimise its cross-platform engagement strategy. While the publication utilised digital puzzles to enhance reader interaction, existing solutions directed traffic away from their own platforms. To address this, South East Voice sought to implement a comprehensive content strategy that would seamlessly integrate print and digital offerings, fostering a cohesive brand experience and maximising user engagement across both print and digital. This initiative cultivates a centralised platform for content consumption, increasing reader retention and reinforcing brand loyalty.
